Here is all the important information you'll
need
to know about our upcoming event. If you have any questions,

Exhibitors
through the submissions of entry, acknowledge
that they are knowledgeable
of the NADAC rules and regulations, including but not limited to
the following
rules regarding entry:
- The trial
is open to the
dogs at least 18 months of age, including purebred and non-purebred.
Bitches in
heat, lame, or blind dogs are ineligible for entry, as
any dog with
deformity which may cause a judge to not be reasonably
assess the dogs
ability to function and perform agility obstacles
safely in the
manner that is in the best interest, health and welfare of
the dog.
- Any dog
that demonstrates aggression towards any persons or
dogs, whether
inside the ring or out, must be excused from the
trial.
- Any dog who
the judge feels is not in enough control to perform all
obstacles in a
safe manner will be excused from the trial.
- DOGS MUST
BE REGISTERED WITH NADAC PRIOR TO ENTERING.
- All dogs
that are not
jumping 20, 20+ or 24 must be measured. Dogs with permanent height cards do
not require
measuring.
- No leads,
collars, food, toys or other aids or
devices shall be permitted on the course at any
time.
- ALL DOGS MUST BE ON
LEASH WHEN NOT
COMPETING IN THE RING.
- Safety
shall always be the
foremost consideration in actions and conduct of the handlers at all
times.
- The
organizing committee may refuse entry on the basis expressly
provided through
NADAC rules and regulations.
- Anyone not
in good
standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into a trial.
- No entry fees
will be refunded
if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of
riots, civil
disturbances, fire, acts of God, public emergency
or act of public
enemy or any other cause not in the control of the
organizing
committee.
- Checks not
honored by the bank do not constitute
a valid entry fee. There will be a $25.00
service charge for bank returned checks.
- RUNNING
ORDER WILL BE DETERMINED AT THE CLUBS DISCRETION.
- Handlers
with more than one dog in one class will be separated.
- The
management will not be responsible for the possessions of the
exhibitors whether
the result was by accident or any other cause. The
management will
not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog
exhibited.
- It is
distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in
the care and
custody and control of his/her owner or handler
during the entire
time the dog is on the trial premises.
- Any exhibitor
whose dogs and/or
children create an unnecessarily disturbance
or repeatedly
engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the
discretion of the
show committee be asked to leave the show site. In
such cases no
refund or fees paid will be made.
- NOTE: If
there are a
difference between ASCA rules and NADAC rules, the NADAC rules will
prevail. At the time of
printing this premium, ASCA has not adopted the
new classes. No
qualifying legs for ASCA will be awarded for
Weavers, Tunnelers or
Touch N Go unless adopted by ASCA and in effect on
or prior to the
date of this trial.
